What is the best temperature setting for a thermostat?

This one is totally up to you! It depends on whatever makes you feel comfortable and what your budget allows. The lower you run it the more energy it consumes, which means higher energy bills. The ball is in your court!

What fan setting should I use on my thermostat?

We recommend you leave it on Auto. This setting only runs the fan when necessary. Leaving it on during the summer will cause many comfort issues, same goes for the winter. Auto is the best way to go!

How often should I change my air filters?

The filters in your returns are 30-day filters. When it’s time to replace them, avoid the expensive options at the store, which often restrict air flow. All Bradley Mechanical supplied Media filters can last an entire year.

How far should I set my thermostat back when gone for the day?

Don’t set your thermostat back further than 5 degrees. As a general rule, keep the indoor temperature below 80 and above 60. Trying to cool or heat your home past these temperatures will cause longer run times and high energy costs. The house can expand and contract when these limits are breached.
